ROOMZ Experience Box is the entry point to optimize your room management or booking of meeting rooms. The room booking system offers standard interfaces for Outlook®, Exchange , Office 365, Notes and Google Calendar. Very easy wireless installation is done by integrating Roomz with standard WiFi networks. The Eink based display has a very low power consumption - only display updates consume power - and therefore offers a very long lifetime. The data connection is secured by secure communication protocols and encryption
