Simplified room management with digital door signs
The displays show room occupancy, availability and scheduled appointments in real time - allowing rooms to be better utilised and avoiding overlapping bookings. Changes in the calendar or booking system are automatically updated on the door sign so that even last-minute adjustments are visible within seconds.
Thanks to integrated sensor technology, many systems automatically recognise whether a room is occupied, empty or if an appointment has overrun. This means that spontaneous meetings or room changes are no longer a problem - free rooms can be quickly recognised and used immediately.
