Der Labelmate LD-115-RS ist ein automatischer Etikettenspender für die präzise Einzelentnahme von Selbstklebeetiketten. Das Peel-and-Present-System (automatisches Ablösen und Bereitstellen des Etiketts) in Verbindung mit einem optoelektronischen Reflexsensor erkennt zuverlässig die Vorderkante des Etiketts. Nach jeder Entnahme wird das nächste Etikett automatisch nachgeführt, wodurch ein effizienter und gleichmäßiger Arbeitsablauf unterstützt wird. Das Gerät verarbeitet Etiketten bis 115 mm Breite bei einem maximalen Rollendurchmesser von 220 mm. Es eignet sich für Etiketten ab 6 mm Länge und unterstützt Rollkerne von 38 bis 76 mm. Die Einrichtung erfolgt in weniger als 30 Sekunden und erfordert lediglich eine Anpassung an die Etikettenlänge. Der LD-115-RS ist für den dauerhaften Einsatz in Produktion, Versand, Lager und Verpackung konzipiert. Hinweis: Das Modell ist nicht für transparente oder schwarze Etiketten geeignet.
