With this additional device license, you can expand your existing JOAN Workplace license package with an additional display for a period of 12 months. Ideal if you want to integrate additional room booking displays (e.g., JOAN 6 Pro or JOAN 13 Pro) into your environment without changing the entire package. The license activates the full range of functions for an additional device—including central management via the Joan Portal, calendar integration (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), digital signage, and real-time synchronization. Note: This device license is an extension to an existing JOAN package (e.g., Team, Business, Organization) and cannot be used on its own.
With this additional user license, you can expand your existing JOAN Workplace platform to include another user for a period of 12 months. This is ideal if your current license package (e.g., Team, Business, or Organization) is fully utilized and you would like to integrate additional employees into your room, desk, or visitor management system. The license is fully compatible with all existing JOAN subscriptions and activates all available functions for the additional user – including access to the web and mobile app, room bookings, individual calendar integration, and participation in check-in processes. Important: This license extends an existing package – it cannot be used on its own.
