With this additional user licence, you can add another user to your existing JOAN Workplace platform - for a period of 12 months. Ideal if your current licence package (e.g. Team, Business or Organisation) is exhausted and you would like to integrate additional employees into your room, desk or visitor management.
The licence is fully compatible with all existing JOAN subscriptions and activates all available functions for the additional user - including access to the web and mobile app, room bookings, individual calendar integration and participation in check-in processes.
Important: This licence extends an existing package - it cannot be used independently.
