The Evolis Primacy 2 PM2-0036 is a professional card printer for double-sided printing of plastic cards with increased security thanks to a lockable housing. It uses thermal transfer and dye sublimation technology and offers a print resolution of 300 dpi (12 dots/mm) for razor-sharp results. With a maximum printing speed of 170 cards per hour, the printer is ideal for medium production volumes. The Primacy 2 can be flexibly integrated into existing networks via USB or Ethernet. The lockable housing protects consumables and blank cards from unauthorized access—an important feature in security-sensitive environments such as government agencies, educational institutions, or businesses. The scope of delivery includes a power supply, power cord, USB cable, cleaning kit, and CardPresso XXS card software. Evolis offers a 36-month warranty.
