The BlackFLEX monochrome ribbon is suitable for applications that require perfect print quality and excellent mechanical resistance on card materials such as ABS, PET, PC, rough PVC, or paper.
The special ink formulation enables the printing of all types of barcodes, very small text, and logos with intense blackness on special surfaces such as ABS, PET, PC, rough PVC, paper, etc. This special ink offers very good scratch and heat resistance.
Thanks to the ribbon saving function available on continuous ribbons, you can significantly increase the number of cards that can be printed with a single ribbon. The surface used on the ribbon corresponds to the actual printed surface plus a 7 mm (0.27") gap, rather than the surface of an entire card.
