The Elo 2494L 24-inch open-frame touchscreen features a slim LCD display with a narrow bezel. It consumes less power and generates less heat thanks to its pioneering LED backlighting. This compact touchmonitor is rigorously designed for touch operation with proven Elo technology and is characterised by high reliability. The 2494L therefore guarantees a stable, drift-free response to touch and produces vivid images. Its high-quality optics ensure excellent light transmission and image sharpness. The display of the 2494L allows a wide viewing angle and effectively attracts the viewer's attention. It is suitable for kiosk applications, casinos and entertainment as well as retail, self-service counters and industrial automation.
The touchscreen is sealed to protect it from dust, dirt and liquids, making it easy to install in housings and fixtures. Units with PCAP sensor technology can also be hermetically sealed to fulfil the requirements of the IP65 tightness class for the front. As design and assembly are fully under Elo control, there is a long product and component availability. Due to the backwards compatibility, housing costs can often also be saved.
