The XD5-40t is a mid-range thermal transfer desktop label printer that is ideal for barcode and labelling applications in the transport and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and retail sectors thanks to its robust, compact clamshell design and comprehensive software features.
The XD5-40t is a flexible printer with a tool-free field-installable peeler, automatic cutter and external paper feeder. The USB host port allows existing printer settings and data to be transferred to other combination printers using the twin function. The barcode and label are compatible with market-leading programming languages such as SLCS, BPL-Z and BPL-E.
The printer comes with comprehensive firmware and software options, including BIXOLON's XPM web-based printer profile management and Simple Network Management Protocol (MIB file), as well as compatibility with label design software such as Label Artist-II and BarTender from BIXOLON.
